Paul, Mark and Carlitos set off on August 30th so not long to go now and no doubt they are making their final preparations. The task they are undertaking, to cycle 1000 miles in 12 days is, quite frankly, inspirational! Please can we give a final push  to getting sponsorship money for them in aid of Compassion.
